Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet net renewal and customer expansion targets, accurately forecast renewals, and track progress.
  • •Identify and resolve potential renewal challenges to support high renewal rates.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead executive/C-level discussions aligned to account strategy.
