Key Responsibilities

  • •Use Army simulation tools in a blended, gaming-based environment to train U.S. Army units and strengthen readiness and operational effectiveness.
  • •Serve as an operator for WSTC systems, including powering up, troubleshooting, repairing, and powering down systems.
  • •Prepare networks and simulations prior to operations, and perform maintenance and adjustments before, during, and after exercises.
  • •Design, develop, and integrate training scenarios aligned to customer training focus and doctrinal/operational requirements.
  • •Coach Soldiers on simulation systems, use scripts to adjust simulated variables, and provide analytical/technical support for training project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and relevant work experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of simulation-based training experience, including leadership experience from platoon through brigade level.
  • •Working knowledge of military simulations and Windows operating systems, plus strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • •Familiarity with scripting and C++ programming to adjust simulation variables and conditions.
  • •Secret Clearance required to start, plus US Citizenship required; former Senior Noncommissioned Officer (E-7 or above) with MLC graduation or higher PME equivalent.
