Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Support operational execution across shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards and stockroom standards/processes to support safe, efficient store operations.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; resolve client needs quickly and use metrics to drive business-driving strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
