Key Responsibilities

  • •Take an insight and data-led approach to proposition development, synthesising UX Research, Data Science, and Brand Insight to define customer segments.
  • •Brief new research and insight, monitor the external market and competitor landscape, and identify opportunities.
  • •Apply behavioural science thinking to shape and test hypotheses that sharpen propositions.
  • •Partner with Country Managers and local teams to understand market and customer challenges and shape competitive solutions.
  • •Develop and test propositions with Product, UX, and Engineering; define success metrics and report results to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a tech and/or consumer-oriented industry in a fast-paced environment.
  • •A track record of leading projects end to end and engaging the right stakeholders to keep them moving.
  • •A curious, analytical mindset with confidence developing hypotheses, briefing research, and using data and insight to guide decisions.
  • •Comfort managing and communicating with senior stakeholders, including Execs.
  • •Strong familiarity with brand and business performance KPIs and experience managing multiple propositions from development through delivery.
