Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow a portfolio of digital-native and technology partners across East China, executing partnerships from concept to launch.
  • •Develop and maintain unified account plans mapping stakeholders, priorities, opportunities, milestones, risks, and expected outcomes.
  • •Build trusted relationships with client business and technology teams and connect them with relevant Visa products, solutions, and expertise.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Product, Solutions, Sales, Legal, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and regional/global teams; maintain clear actions, decisions, and delivery timelines.
  • •Manage pipeline and account reporting, track progress vs. milestones, escalate issues promptly, and prepare executive presentations and commercial proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, account management, consulting, product commercialization, or related technology/payments/digital commerce domains.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting or owning strategic accounts and progressing partnership opportunities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills to turn market and client insights into account plans, proposals, and business cases.
  • •Effective project and stakeholder management skills coordinating cross-functional workstreams and delivering against commitments.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
