Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end development of motion system solutions from architecture and specifications through concept and feasibility testing.
  • •Develop motion profiles and control design, including modeling and simulating behavior.
  • •Perform lab tests and drive system integration through configuration control and transition to serial production.
  • •Manage the development plan, timeline, and budget for the program.
  • •Collaborate with Electronics, Mechanics, SW, Operations, Manufacturing, and Support, including leading periodic/ad-hoc technical review meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with control expertise.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in servosystem design, test, and integration.
  • •Strong theoretical control knowledge (linear/non-linear systems, friction, robust systems).
  • •Experience with motion control simulation.
  • •Familiarity with motion technologies (motors, bearings, sensors, controllers); M.Sc with motion experience is an advantage.
