Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the PEE, PIE, and Planning teams to enable short- to mid-term capacity and cycle-time planning for the area to meet the business plan.
  • •Identify area constraints, establish, and implement best known methods to resolve them.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy, enhance, train, and run the area more effectively (including manufacturing system deployment).
  • •Drive productivity and quality improvement projects such as cycle time reduction, RPT improvement, operations simplification, and man model optimization.
  • •Set up and maintain automated systems to disposition product, improve robustness of Probe systems and operations, and perform system setup to support new NAND devices; support AI-assisted planning and performance health detection/analysis/optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •Basic understanding of manufacturing concepts such as capacity planning, cycle time, operations research, and production planning/scheduling.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and close inefficiency gaps.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office skills and able to multi-task and complete assigned tasks within timelines.
  • •Understanding or interest in AI applications in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., predictive analytics, automated defect classification, or data visualization); SQL, Python, and Tableau setup preferred.
