Key Responsibilities

  • •Back up inbound logistics by organizing materials, scheduling trucking, releasing products from cold storage, and verifying invoices to resolve discrepancies.
  • •Back up outbound logistics by scheduling freight carrier pickups, releasing outbound freight, checking orders for errors, and improving processes with the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • •Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including accurate print labels and shipping-related paperwork for each order.
  • •Perform material handler duties as needed, including unloading inbound goods, verifying bill of lading against receiving documents, and generating inbound goods labels.
  • •Prepare outbound orders and coordinate shipment readiness, including transfer of products to the Americold warehouse and completing required documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and shipping instructions, and procedure manuals.
