Own end-to-end platform and marketplace partnerships with Google, Meta, OpenAI, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart—driving both advanced agentic/AI integrations and commercial expansion. Design product-led GTM motions, grow Partnership & Services Revenue (PSR) and pipeline through negotiation and deal execution, and deepen executive relationships. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver merchant outcomes, track partnership KPIs, and provide strategic insights on roadmaps, trends, and ecosystem shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end platform partnership relationships with major platforms and marketplaces, driving advanced agentic/AI integrations and commercial expansion.
•Design and execute product-led GTM motions that boost adoption and deepen technical integrations across regions and verticals.
•Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnership opportunities to deliver Partnership & Services Revenue (PSR) targets and grow pipeline.
•Cultivate executive and working-level relationships to expand scope, increase attach rates, and enable mutual growth.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and agency partners to ensure seamless execution and report partnership KPIs.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years in strategic business development, platform partnerships, or ecosystem roles in high-growth SaaS, commerce, or data companies.
•Minimum B.S. in Business Management, Finance, or IT Management (or equivalent).
•Proven track record building and scaling relationships with major tech platforms and/or large marketplaces.
•Strong product acumen to lead product-led discovery and translate partner needs into high-value integrations and GTM motions.
•Direct experience driving measurable partnership revenue (PSR or equivalent) with clear ownership of targets.
