Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and technical leadership to a team of engineers through the entire chip design lifecycle, including Definition, Physical Synthesis, Place and Route, Optimization, Timing Closure and Floor Planning.
  • •Oversee the backend design flow to ensure high-quality VLSI designs and successful integration with Cisco Silicon One projects.
  • •Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align design goals with product requirements and silicon strategy.
  • •Mentor and develop engineers, promoting best practices in physical design and process improvements.
  • •Deliver output that meets timing, area, power, and reliability targets for complex devices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant domain
  • •VLSI Design with extensive experience in backend design
  • •B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
  • •Strong understanding of Place & Route flow
  • •4+ years of proven Management or Technical Leadership experience
