Oversee and drive full-cycle hiring for Quince’s growing US warehouse and fulfillment footprint, currently spanning New Jersey and Las Vegas. Lead and coach onsite recruiting teams (player-coach), partner with East/West Coast warehouse General Managers, and manage both high-volume hourly hiring and high-touch leadership searches. Improve recruiting operations end-to-end using ATS metrics and automation to deliver fast, frictionless candidate experiences and anticipate future labor needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage and develop onsite recruiting team members at New Jersey and Las Vegas fulfillment centers, setting recruiting standards and operational discipline.
•Partner with Warehouse General Managers to translate operational goals into structured, predictable hiring plans.
•Oversee strategy for both high-volume hourly hiring and specialized professional recruiting for managerial and Quality/QRC roles.
•Build proactive plans for seasonal ramp-ups to ensure fulfillment centers are staffed for peak volume.
•Improve hiring processes using ATS automation, rapid-screening tools, interviewer calibration, and background check integrations to deliver a fast candidate experience.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growth environments focused on warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or physical retail operations.
•5+ years of direct people management experience scaling recruiting teams across multiple geographic locations.
•Deep experience recruiting both high-volume hourly roles and specialized professional roles (e.g., Warehouse Supervisors, Shift Managers, Operations Managers, Quality Leads).
•Analytical, data-driven approach using ATS metrics to optimize recruiting funnels and improve funnel health and cycle times.
•Strong communication and influence skills building trust-based relationships with onsite warehouse leadership and HR partners.
