Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and operate Zyte’s internal SaaS platform and automated ecosystem integrating Salesforce/HubSpot, finance, HR, engineering tools, and collaboration software.
  • •Build and maintain internal automation systems by writing code-first scripts, CLI tools, services, and event-driven pipelines using APIs and webhooks.
  • •Design reliable API-driven integrations for CRM automation, syncing customer/billing/product usage data, and automating entitlement provisioning.
  • •Develop internal tools for operational efficiency (onboarding/offboarding pipelines, identity and access provisioning automation, self-service IT automation, developer-friendly APIs, ChatOps).
  • •Own IT service operations with root-cause analysis and ensure security/compliance adherence through endpoint security, MDM (JumpCloud), password management, and Zero Trust access models.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in IT/System/Business Systems/Platform Engineering, including 3+ years owning internal business systems and automation in a SaaS/tech environment.
  • •Strong scripting and programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, and Node.js.
  • •Experience operating GCP and AWS environments, including VPCs, IAM roles, EC2, and S3.
  • •Strong API and integration engineering skills with REST/GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, and SaaS SDKs/integration frameworks.
  • •Deep knowledge of macOS and Linux, plus identity and security implementation (SSO/SAML/SCIM, identity automation, Zero Trust) and support for ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR audits.
