Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform standard and intermediate service tasks for robotic systems and electric bicycles, including upkeep and repairs.
  • •Repair common faults across robotic platforms, modular components, electric bicycle drivetrains, and support vehicles using troubleshooting procedures.
  • •Assist senior/lead technicians with complex or unusual faults to learn advanced diagnostics for both robots and e-bikes.
  • •Complete guided repairs on electrical systems, control units, battery packs, and hardware; progress toward independent advanced repairs.
  • •Document diagnostic steps, repair actions, and component failures in the service management system and follow preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
