Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the annual business plan together with the General Manager and Executive Committee.
  • •Conduct monthly P&L meetings and monitor revenues and expenses with recommendations.
  • •Prepare and submit an accurate monthly financial report and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • •Review the cash position of the hotel to optimize the use of funds and prepare monthly forecast.
  • •Serve as the contact for auditors and act on recommendations in the audit report.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BSc in finance, accounting or related field or CPA/ACA/ACCA or MBA (Financial)
  • •2+ years as Director of Finance with a 5* International Hotel chain
  • •Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with accounting software
  • •Knowledge of GAAP, PCI DSS and local regulations and taxation; modern hotel accounting and operations
  • •Languages: local language and English; additional language beneficial
