Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute end-to-end commodity product strategies aligned to business goals and market/customer needs.
  • •Drive cross-functional process integrations as a subject matter expert to ensure product readiness and operational excellence.
  • •Analyze performance data to drive revenue and profitability targets and lead continuous improvement/automation efforts.
  • •Serve as primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve critical issues and optimize the end-to-end value chain.
  • •Oversee fulfillment support and implement business processes for the Standard Parts product line.
  • •Drive market intelligence gathering and continuous improvement within the Customer Service organization.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (Engineering, Commercial, or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation aftersales industry, preferably in distribution, MRO, or aftermarket sales/product management.
  • •Strong business acumen with ownership and value creation mindset.
  • •Advanced data analytics and Lean/continuous improvement rigor to derive actionable insights.
  • •Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
