Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and update ABS cash flow models using Intex, DealVector, and Excel/VBA with waterfall mechanics, triggers, and amortization features.
  • •Design and optimize transaction structures, including tranche sizing, credit enhancement levels, and payment priorities based on rating agency criteria and investor considerations.
  • •Assist in preparing pitch books, transaction summaries, and marketing materials by integrating cash flow analytics for internal and external audiences.
  • •Collaborate with internal risk, relationship managers, distribution desk, issuers, legal counsel, rating agencies, and investors throughout transactions.
  • •Support investor and rating-agency interactions by responding to questions on deal structure and cash flow mechanics, including stress and breakeven analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in structured finance, preferably at an investment bank, accounting or advisory firm, or rating agency.
  • •Degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or another quantitative discipline.
  • •Track record structuring ABS warehouse and securitization transaction modeling.
  • •Proficiency in Excel (complex formulas), Intex, and Bloomberg; basic programming skills (SQL, Python, VBA) are a plus.
  • •Strong understanding of cash flow waterfall mechanics, credit enhancement features, and rating agency stress scenarios; transportation and consumer assets experience preferred.
