Key Responsibilities

•Manage project contracts, staff, budgets and schedules.
•Manage demolition and environmental projects, site characterization, remedial designs, and preparation of reports and other related documentation.
•Development of new clients; network with new and existing clients to position for and develop work opportunities.
•Prepare contract proposals and cost estimates.
•Manage field work for site characterization, site remediation, building materials abatement, and heavy demolition, including oversight of subcontractors, and sampling of building materials, soil and ground water.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or environmental sciences, or related discipline.
•10+ years relevant experience with increasing levels of project complexity and management responsibility.
•Experience across a range of commercial, industrial, and federal sectors; track record in seller-doer business development/client management.
•Demonstrated knowledge and experience in State and Federal regulations and processes.
•Proficiency in MS Project; strong written and oral communication skills; ability to supervise field services and train junior personnel.
