Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project contracts, staff, budgets and schedules.
  • •Manage demolition and environmental projects, site characterization, remedial designs, and preparation of reports and other related documentation.
  • •Development of new clients; network with new and existing clients to position for and develop work opportunities.
  • •Prepare contract proposals and cost estimates.
  • •Manage field work for site characterization, site remediation, building materials abatement, and heavy demolition, including oversight of subcontractors, and sampling of building materials, soil and ground water.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or environmental sciences, or related discipline.
  • •10+ years relevant experience with increasing levels of project complexity and management responsibility.
  • •Experience across a range of commercial, industrial, and federal sectors; track record in seller-doer business development/client management.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge and experience in State and Federal regulations and processes.
  • •Proficiency in MS Project; strong written and oral communication skills; ability to supervise field services and train junior personnel.
