Key Responsibilities

  • •Build comprehensive firmware verification plans for SSD firmware features.
  • •Develop white/grey-box and known/closed system testing methods to verify and validate firmware products.
  • •Analyze regression failures, perform root-cause analysis, and apply deep SSD domain expertise.
  • •Manage test development, test deployment, test automation, and reporting activities.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams and management, participate in code reviews, and guide test coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • •6-8 years of pertinent experience in SSD firmware test development.
  • •Strong SSD firmware testing experience and Python programming skills.
  • •Deep understanding of storage industry protocols and specifications including PCIe, NVMe, NVMe-MI, and OCP.
