Job Summary

Build and lead a global workforce planning capability, translating complex workforce dynamics into actionable insights for senior leaders. Own people analytics across dashboards and predictive models to inform attrition risk, DEI progress, productivity, and skills gaps. Partner with HR, Finance, and segment leadership to develop scenario models, data pipelines from Workday, and governance standards, presenting executive-ready narratives that support business transformation and cost decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Avantor’s global workforce planning cycle by building supply/demand models across segments, functions, and geographies.
•Own people analytics, including dashboards, predictive models, and self-service reporting for HR and business leaders.
•Partner with HR Technology and IT to build scalable data pipelines from Workday HRIS and adjacent systems.
•Act as a trusted advisor to Finance on FTE budgeting, headcount governance, and cost transformation tracking.
•Establish data governance standards for people data to ensure accuracy and compliance across multi-jurisdictional requirements.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years at manager level in workforce planning, people analytics, or HR data roles within a large global organization.
•Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and Excel, plus workforce planning tools.
•Experience using Workday and Workday Adaptive.
•Experience supporting business transformation, restructuring, or cost optimization programs through workforce data.
•Strong stakeholder management with confident engagement with C-suite audiences, plus a solid understanding of employment law and EU GDPR/people-data obligations.
