Assembler - Level 4 (1st shift)

Assemble and inspect complex components and systems with precision and efficiency to support manufacturing operations. Work onsite in Acton, MA on a 1st shift schedule, ensuring assemblies meet quality standards and production deadlines. Lead a small team (3–5 people), perform assembly per engineering specifications and work instructions, inspect for defects, and partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
