Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, replace, and alter defective equipment and company assets.
  • •Provide maintenance on complex production equipment and maintain electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Control inventory and requisition appropriate parts for maintenance needs.
  • •Perform maintenance checks on buildings and equipment and install/repair safety equipment as needed.
  • •Maintain maintenance and repair logs, keep work areas clean and safe, and follow all safety/food safety (GMP, SQF) requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of experience or 6 months of formal training in at least two mechanical areas (e.g., mechanical/electrical/hydraulic troubleshooting, PLC controls, three-phase wiring, plumbing, conveyor maintenance, pneumatic systems).
  • •Ability to inspect equipment, identify potential problems, and take corrective action to prevent failures or downtime.
  • •Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • •Ability to perform physical requirements, including frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing up to 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
