  • •Oversee the design and preparation of electrical and I&C deliverables, addressing constructability, safety, and project constraints.
  • •Perform complex CAD tasks and coordinate drawing production while collaborating to create integrated digital project content and resolve interface issues.
  • •Lead execution by maintaining task budgets, staffing plans, and schedule updates for discipline CAD work.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant power or industrial experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •5+ years of experience as discipline CAD lead.
  • •Experience in electrical and instrumentation design and technology principles, including electrical design layouts, fittings, materials, and field instruments, wiring, and control systems.
  • •Experience managing Common Data Environments (e.g., ProjectWise, BIM 360, ACC) and collaborative model environments (e.g., Navisworks).
  • •Experience with CAD/data integration using 3D datasets (laser scans, LiDAR, survey points) and proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD Plant 3D and/or AutoCAD Electrical (and related software).
