Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers, while assisting with offboarding documentation and resignation procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, help prepare HR reports and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure HR processes are completed on time.
