Key Responsibilities

•Act as a liaison between Operations and Product, translating field needs into requirements and supporting adoption and implementation of new functionalities
•Identify operational frictions, prioritize improvement opportunities, and scale initiatives based on data analysis and key KPIs
•Participate in designing and creating the strategy to bring Proximity to new verticals across different countries in the region, adapting the operating and product model to each segment
•Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects requiring collaboration across areas and countries
•Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment between operational objectives and product deliverables

Key Requirements

•Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field with a bachelor’s degree
•At least 4 years of experience in operations, product, consulting or business analytics
•Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar
•Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and synthesize findings
•Experience using Generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini or others) to accelerate analyses, document drafting and task automation, integrating AI into daily workflows
