Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and referrals.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies; follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales, or military service in a related role.

  • •Licenses: be subject to additional background check requirements, including fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
