Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and coordinate construction inspection and testing services to meet contractual requirements.
  • •Develop QC plans, review/verify material submittals, and manage RFI logs, maintenance logs, and other project-related documentation.
  • •Review and update QC punch lists and coordinate completion with the GC and subcontractors; plan and perform internal quality audits and on-site inspections.
  • •Ensure compliance with contract and owner quality requirements, and ensure all Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements are met.
  • •Investigate non-conformance issues, propose/implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), ensure training/awareness for quality systems, and present progress, findings, and recommendations to management.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of construction quality management experience, including QA/QC manager work on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience managing field engineering, inspection, and NDE across QA/QC functions and ensuring QMS implementation and continuous improvement.
  • •Ability to develop and manage non-conformance/deficiency reporting programs, including root cause analysis, and to develop/monitor QA/QC budgets.
  • •Strong communication and client-facing experience; capable of understanding technical construction programs and meeting strict deadlines under pressure.
