Energy Services Area Contracting Manager

Manage the contracting fulfillment process to drive operational excellence and deliver strong project financial results. Lead and directly supervise contracting fulfillment project management and technician personnel, ensuring performance objectives and employee reviews are met. Partner with sales teams to develop opportunities, validate contracts and estimates using risk analysis and construction/implementability insights, and maintain customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and communication. Drive safety-first execution and oversee project closeout and portfolio ownership from inception to completion.
