Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Regional Contracting Manager and Area General Manager with business results and department vision.
  • •Directly supervise contracting fulfillment project management and technician personnel, including conducting employee reviews and ensuring performance objectives.
  • •Review and validate contracts and estimates using risk analysis, cost, and constructability considerations.
  • •Confirm the ability to meet project performance and financial requirements by analyzing customer/project data and implementation issues before acceptance.
  • •Own project portfolio execution from inception to completion, including developing risk mitigation plans and leading project closeout reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,600 - 151,479.99 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • •Working knowledge of industrial and commercial HVAC systems and building automation systems.
  • •Experience with contracting processes for the installation of building automation systems and mechanical/HVAC projects.
  • •Deep understanding of construction processes including scheduling, project management, and resource planning.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months (no major or frequent traffic violations); OSHA 10/30 and contractor’s licenses are preferred.
