Serve as a front-line banking sales and customer service advisor across branches, presenting bank products and services and managing client requests with high service quality and professionalism. Handle account-opening and document collection, process ATM and card-related requests, update account data, and route customers to the right staff. Respond quickly to customer issues, follow bank and regulatory procedures, and submit AML and fraud alerts when needed.
