Job Summary

Ensure an excellent rental experience by managing customer inquiries, advising customers on suitable rental vehicles, and handling rental agreements and upselling of optional extras. You’ll oversee vehicle maintenance, inventory, cash sheets, and daily/end-of-duty reports, and process payments (credit card via company system, cash, POS, and bank transfer). You’ll also coordinate with drivers on vehicle checks, cleanliness, and fuel readiness for the next client.

Key Responsibilities

•Communicate with customers to answer questions and address concerns about reservations or rental vehicles.
•Help customers choose suitable vehicles based on factors such as price and size.
•Prepare and manage rental agreements in the system with compliance to company policies and procedures, including upselling vehicles and optional extras.
•Process payments (credit card via the company system and balance of daily transactions), prepare bank deposits, and maintain transaction records and customer counts.
•Maintain vehicle readiness by supervising driver checks (tyres, accessories, mileage), updating inventory for vehicles in use or maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are clean and fueled for the next client.
