Coordinate technology product development within the Airport Technology Product Management team, supporting the full lifecycle through issue triage, research, and data-driven insights. Partner with business, IT, and leadership to incorporate frontline feedback, prioritize the product backlog, and support testing with analysis of test data and metrics. Prepare tracking and analysis reports, run product meetings, and develop business rules to drive continuous improvement.
