Job Summary

Serve as a key liaison between customers and the business unit for semiconductor equipment projects, providing highly visible on-site support. Install, sustain, and repair complex process systems, diagnose issues, perform root cause analyses, and guide customers through operation and maintenance. Work closely with customers and R&D teams to support advanced process technologies, analyze technical data, and contribute to process optimization and qualification.

•Serve as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and solutions delivery.
•Provide highly visible customer support including on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
•Optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements when necessary.
•Check and approve operational quality of system equipment, and instruct customers in system operation and maintenance.
•Analyze technical data/statistics, compile reports with conclusions, and perform root cause analyses to resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 148,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or similar high-tech industry.
•Preferred: 3+ years of experience in Applications or Process Engineering.
•Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field.
•Knowledge of 3 or more processes on 1 or more technologies.
•Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and perform root cause analyses on process engineering and customer product issues.
