Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a thriving pod culture that is inclusive, positive, and safe for student learning and socialization.
  • •Facilitate daily enrichment activities and encourage student voice and collaboration.
  • •Support students in developing essential life skills, including communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
  • •Guide academic growth by understanding each student’s program, strengths, and needs; provide on-demand academic help and executive functioning support; set and track goals with families.
  • •Partner with families as the primary point of contact, sharing weekly updates and maintaining transparent progress with clear communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •At least 4 years of teaching experience.
  • •Experience working with students with neurodiversities.
  • •Experience teaching 3rd–6th grade or leading small group instruction preferred
  • •Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative
