Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate occupational health activities, identifying and evaluating hazards and recommended controls
  • •Conduct sampling and assessments for air quality, noise, and radiation hazards, then prepare technical reports with corrective actions
  • •Ensure DCSA facilities maintain compliance with Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) standards, including annual facility safety assessments
  • •Investigate, report, and mitigate mishaps and track hazards from identification to closure
  • •Serve as SOH expert for the region, providing training and consultation and supporting facility project safety oversight

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant field experience
  • •Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, biology, chemistry, toxicology, engineering, or a related safety field
  • •Current Secret security clearance required
  • •Current and valid Driver's License
  • •OHST (Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician) certification with Board of Certified Safety Professionals (or equivalent)
