Job Summary

Provide end-to-end presales support for manufacturing clients by combining deep industry domain knowledge with technical expertise across applications such as ERP, MES, and WMS. Lead discovery workshops, analyze IT and business issues, and design tailored solutions from high-level architecture through demos and PoCs. Prepare RFP/RFI technical content and proposal documentation, collaborate across internal teams for solution handover, and support sales negotiations and technical enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Sales to identify client challenges in the manufacturing sector and conduct discovery sessions to gather business processes, technical requirements, and pain points.
•Develop and present tailored solutions by designing high-level architectures, validating feasibility, and delivering technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
•Prepare technical proposal content for RFPs/RFIs, including BoM and pricing estimates, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal solution standards.
•Support sales during technical negotiations and provide required documentation to help drive client decisions.
•Work with internal teams (application consultants, infrastructure architects, and delivery) for knowledge transfer and seamless solution handover post-sale.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical/business fields.
•3–6 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, solution architecture, or project leadership for manufacturing clients.
•Solid understanding of manufacturing operations (production, quality, inventory) and enterprise IT solutions such as ERP, MES, IoT, and cloud platforms.
•Proven ability to independently develop solution proposals and influence client decision-making.
•Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
