Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform tower climbing inspections in accordance with Tower Industry Association (TIA) 222-G standards and validate video surveillance tower installations completed by outside vendors at height.
  • •Run warehouse logistics operations: receipt, storage, distribution of materials and equipment; coordinate shipments; monitor inventory levels; and maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • •Set up and tear down designated events and perform minor facility enhancements to support the Technology Support Warehouse environment.
  • •Complete monthly Health and Safety Inspection Sheets, documenting safety checks and compliance measures, and update the UTOC Health and Safety Teams page with current records.
  • •Manage fleet operations and local property/asset management support, including fuel and maintenance invoice processing in SAP, vehicle readiness/transportation, and deployment/sustainment activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of related experience.
  • •At least 3 years as a tower climber/tower worker performing tower maintenance and equipment installation.
  • •Experience as a tower climber/tower worker with at least 5 climbs of towers over 200 ft, able to climb towers/structures up to 400 ft.
  • •Certified (or able to be certified) to meet OSHA regulations and ANSI/TIA standards, including Comtrain Competent Climber/Rescuer (or equivalent) certification; able to pass a DHS Customs and Border Protections background investigation.
