Job Summary

Lead home lending sales in the Brooklyn, OH market by building a high-performance culture for mortgage loan originators (MLOs and CDLOs). Recruit, coach, and manage a span of 3–8 loan officers while driving retail branch and Key Private Bank production goals. Own pipeline management, upfront file quality, pull-through, and NPS benchmarks, and ensure compliance across CRA/LMI/MMCT requirements. Also originate and advise clients on home lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, develop, coach, motivate, and lead a team of Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs), CDLOs, and/or mortgage associates.
•Achieve or exceed mortgage and home equity production goals across assigned retail branch markets and Key Private Bank (KPB) markets.
•Manage market, branch, and KPB pipeline performance, including upfront file quality, pull-through/funding rates, and client NPS benchmarks.
•Ensure compliance in the geography, including CRA, LMI, and MMCT requirements, and enforce home lending policies and government regulations.
•Originate and process 1–4 family residential mortgage transactions and serve as primary client point of contact through the loan process.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years mortgage experience or equivalent retail/lending experience that includes selling financial products.
•Proven ability to develop and execute business plans and meet or exceed results.
•3+ years management experience in a retail sales environment.
•Proven network of local real estate centers of influence (COIs) and past client book of business.
•Proven ability to drive a high-performing team.
