  • •Develop efficient maintenance schedules by reviewing and planning work tickets, project timelines, and capital authorizations
  • •Manage parts inventory to meet production demands
  • •Create, communicate, and formally close work orders based on maintenance requests, planned maintenance, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • •Review completed work orders for discrepancies vs. plan (time, materials, notes/comments, and tasks)
  • •Implement and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs; monitor difficult or extended problems and coordinate contractor services when needed

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • •Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • •Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic or electrician
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical crafts and procedures including millwright, pipefitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, sheet metal, and machinist skills
  • •Working knowledge of electricity (AC/DC), electronics, power distribution, and circuitry protection; demonstrated computer skills and SAP systems knowledge
