Vans: Assistant Manager - Four Seasons

Lead and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Partner with the Store Manager to drive store profitability through strong customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection, and take full responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence. Support sales goal performance, coach productivity, supervise daily store operations, help recruit and onboard talent, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure compliance, expense control, shrink control, and accurate inventory practices.
