Foreperson

Lead and support a solar installation crew of 3–6 members, driving safety, quality, customer service, and productivity to complete residential and small commercial projects. Organize, train, and manage construction workflow, maintain project documentation, resolve worker issues, and provide feedback to management. Serve as acting supervisor when needed and perform service calls as required.
