Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account teams to deliver pre-sales technical consultation, solution design, product demos, and proof-of-concepts tailored to enterprise needs.
  • •Lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade WiFi, switches, routers, and security and cloud solutions.
  • •Present technical content to diverse audiences, including IT stakeholders, channel partners, and internal teams.
  • •Serve as a technical bridge between the customer and Netgear’s Support organization, facilitating post-sales transitions and managing escalations.
  • •Gather, analyze, and articulate technical feedback and feature requests to Product Management to shape product direction.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Japanese and English proficiency required
  • •5+ years in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing role
  • •Expertise in Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, Layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, routing, QoS, and enterprise security
  • •Cloud-managed networking (Netgear Insight or competitive solutions)
  • •Zero Trust security concepts including identity-based access and micro-segmentation
