Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day execution of advisory engagements by managing scope, schedule, milestones, and client communications.

  • •Coordinate internal SMEs and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and timely outputs and implement mitigation strategies to sustain delivery excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS with 8+ years of experience within a systems engineering organization and/or federal organizations (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).
  • •Independently structure ambiguous problems using formal consulting methodologies (e.g., issue trees, hypothesis-driven analysis, operating model design, governance frameworks).
  • •Deliver executive-level products, including strategic plans, operating models, performance frameworks, and modernization roadmaps.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills consistent with consulting standards.
  • •Preferred: MBA or a Master’s degree in related fields such as Operational Research or Systems Engineering, and/or PMP certification.
