Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute Spain merchant recruitment and incubation strategy across mass recruitment, targeted acquisition, onboarding, activation, and lifecycle campaigns.
•Own merchant growth metrics such as recruitment volume, onboarding conversion, active merchant rate, go-live performance, sales contribution, retention, and graduation to higher-value stages.
•Build and manage an outsourced merchant incubation operating model, including role definition, onboarding protocols, KPIs, performance reviews, quality checks, and corrective actions.
•Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop Partners/service providers; define the partner strategy and governance to drive merchant acquisition, activation, GMV growth, service quality, and retention.
•Lead merchant-facing ToB marketing for Spain via official accounts and communication channels; develop education and activation content and improve effectiveness using merchant engagement and funnel data.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of work experience with 3+ years managing teams, including internal teams, outsourced teams, or external partners against business targets.
•Solid e-commerce background with familiarity of the Spain e-commerce market and local merchant ecosystem, including merchant recruitment/management or related business development work.
•Proven experience in merchant recruitment, merchant management, seller incubation, partner management, or platform operations.
•Strong data-driven mindset to define goals, analyze performance gaps, identify root causes, and drive measurable improvement.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business, operations, product, marketing, and partner teams; Spanish required and Chinese preferred.
