Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience. Drive revenue via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. •Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction handling.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and peak retail days.
