Drive adoption of an Agent API by building and nurturing a developer community. Own developer engagement via Discord, run developer interviews, and collect feedback to inform product and engineering roadmaps. Create clear API documentation, integration guides, and code samples, plus enterprise demos and DevRel programs. Organize hackathons and meetups, represent the company at developer events, and contribute to GTM with developer-focused messaging and competitive intelligence.

•Engage and moderate the technical community (Discord): answer questions and surface product feedback.
•Create and maintain developer documentation: API docs, integration guides, and code samples in collaboration with the Product team.
•Design enterprise demos and DevRel programs tailored to enterprise needs and help builders integrate H products.
•Act as the voice of the market by gathering user feedback (friction points, needs, use cases) and relaying it to Product and Engineering.
•Run and represent at events: hackathons, meetups, developer interviews/personas, and contribute developer-focused GTM and competitive intelligence.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Growth/Community for a technical product context (APIs/SDKs/dev tools).
•Comfortable with code to read/write integration examples in Python/JS; agent or orchestration framework experience is a plus.
•Hands-on experience running technical communities (Discord, forums, hackathons) and doing public speaking (conferences, meetups, technical content).
•Excellent written communication skills in English (French is a plus).
•Strong initiative and cross-functional collaboration in an early-stage environment (Product, Growth, Sales).
