Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to Principal Consultants and Associate Directors on technical, managerial, and financial matters.
  • •Mentor and guide junior staff to enhance technical skills and professional development.
  • •Lead pedestrian modelling work: developing models, calibrating/validating, and addressing complex modelling issues.
  • •Help prepare scope and fee estimates, supporting delivery to budget and ensuring KPIs are met.
  • •Produce reports and presentations and maintain client contact and collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Technically lead pedestrian modelling projects and develop models, including calibration and validation.
  • •Proficiency with pedestrian modelling software such as Legion or Viswalk.
  • •Experience collecting and analysing data, handling complex modelling issues, and delivering projects that meet transport users’ needs.
  • •Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent working knowledge of MS Office and ability to produce technical reports and presentations.
  • •Relevant BSc/MSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or Transport planning, with supervision/support experience for junior staff and client liaison experience.
