Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in EE or Physics with 5–12 years of industry experience, or Master’s degree with 4–9 years, or PhD with 3–6+ years in the semiconductor or flat-panel capital equipment industry.
  • •Strong foundational knowledge of RF–plasma interactions in plasma wafer processing applications.
  • •Subject matter expertise in RF power delivery systems, including RF generators, matching networks, and RF filters.
  • •Advanced proficiency in RF matching and RF measurements with hands-on experience using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF sensors, and power meters.
  • •Experience specifying, performing, and supporting engineering tests and releases to production; plasma diagnostics and electromagnetic/plasma modeling are a plus.
