Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver civil design work across rail projects including stations, train maintenance and servicing depots, and power supply upgrades.
  • •Provide expertise with the civil design team across multidisciplinary projects from conceptual phases to implementation.
  • •Support other AECOM business areas on major multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Ensure design quality by working through transportation project complexities and resolving issues collaboratively with clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (CEng/IEng) or working towards this status.
  • •Recognised engineering qualification, preferably a degree in engineering.
  • •Knowledge of civil design experience with technical engineering leadership influencing discipline design principles.
  • •Experience managing project interfaces within projects.
  • •Ability to support delivery across rail infrastructure design work from early phases through implementation.
