Job Summary

Support the delivery and continuous evolution of Etihad Cargo’s digital platforms and commercial systems ecosystem, focusing on the Cargo Booking Website, API integrations, and internal applications. Work with Product Owners, Cargo stakeholders, DT&I, vendors, and development teams to gather requirements, translate them into user stories and specifications, coordinate deliveries, and run UAT/regression testing. Contribute to Agile backlog refinement and product improvement using data and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Prioritize and coordinate delivery of bug fixes, enhancements, and new releases for Cargo systems with DT&I and Cargo stakeholders across Commercial and Operations.
•Support enhancements, fixes, integrations, and new features across Etihad Cargo digital platforms and Cargo systems.
•Act as a key contributor for the Cargo Booking Website, including requirements gathering, testing coordination, and vendor/developer coordination.
•Support integration projects between Cargo systems, customer platforms, and third-party applications.
•Translate business requirements into user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and process flows; support UAT, regression testing, and defect/release coordination.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in product analysis, digital products, system support, or business systems environments (preferably cargo, aviation, logistics, or e-commerce).
•Good understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
•Familiarity with web technologies including JavaScript, React, APIs, and JSON.
•Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and release coordination.
