Key Responsibilities

  • •Prioritize and coordinate delivery of bug fixes, enhancements, and new releases for Cargo systems with DT&I and Cargo stakeholders across Commercial and Operations.
  • •Support enhancements, fixes, integrations, and new features across Etihad Cargo digital platforms and Cargo systems.
  • •Act as a key contributor for the Cargo Booking Website, including requirements gathering, testing coordination, and vendor/developer coordination.
  • •Support integration projects between Cargo systems, customer platforms, and third-party applications.
  • •Translate business requirements into user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and process flows; support UAT, regression testing, and defect/release coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in product analysis, digital products, system support, or business systems environments (preferably cargo, aviation, logistics, or e-commerce).
  • •Good understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
  • •Familiarity with web technologies including JavaScript, React, APIs, and JSON.
  • •Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and release coordination.
