Key Responsibilities

•Spearhead a localized Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by orchestrating collaboration across Sales, SDR, Presales, and Global teams to adapt international frameworks for the Japanese enterprise market.
•Drive sustainable revenue growth for both New Logo acquisition and Install Base expansion by executing campaigns informed by deep competitive analysis and current industry trends.
•Architect integrated demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, collaborating closely with Sales and SDR leadership to optimize lead-to-opportunity workflows and conversion rates.
•Maintain rigorous oversight of mission-critical KPIs including pipeline velocity, sourced revenue, and ROI to drive data-informed decision-making and demonstrate business impact.
•Own and optimize the Japan marketing budget, ensuring disciplined resource allocation and regular communication of results to executive leadership.

Key Requirements

•Have 10+ years of marketing experience in the IT sector (Cloud/Security preferred), with 5+ years in a leadership or people management role.
•Demonstrate a proven ability to build proactive annual plans and GTM strategies from the ground up, moving beyond tactical execution.
•Possess exceptional ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
•Have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau to manage and analyze marketing performance.
•Possess Native-level Japanese and business-level English (capable of negotiating and reporting in a global corporate environment).
