Key Responsibilities

  • •Support 100% mission readiness by aligning transportation operations with contract performance metrics for the Army and the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) at Fort Sill.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute daily TMP operations, coordinating driver schedules, routes, and communication with TMP drivers.
  • •Maintain dispatches, delivery & movement schedules, and movement records; adjust plans for changes and emergent tasks while ensuring completeness and accuracy per policy and contract requirements.
  • •Track on-time performance, no-shows, delays, and service recovery; recommend and implement corrective actions.
  • •Support vehicle safety inspections, bus cleanliness standards, and preventive maintenance coordination, including monitoring fuel usage and tank levels and arranging fuel operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •1–2 years of experience in fleet coordination, vehicle dispatching, or transportation operations.
  • •Working knowledge of fleet operations, preventive maintenance, fuel handling, safety regulations, and record-keeping systems.
  • •Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening, and receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result to obtain and maintain a CAC.
  • •REAL ID-compliant, state-issued driver’s license.
